I notice several problems in keyshot 2023.3 (12.2.2.4) did someone have same issue ?

Here some problems that I encounter with keyshot 2023.3 (12.2.2.4) did someone have same issue ?

Unable to import textures generated by Substance Painter. The import tool brings in the texture (.sp) correctly, but when drag & dropping it onto the object, the texture isn’t applied correctly. (already exist in the previous release).
Tile UV textures have a significant color difference compared to a regular UV texture. Right-clicking on an object with a Tile UV texture in KeyShot (2023.3 (12.2.2.4)) almost always causes a crash. Accessing the object’s material through the objects menu prevents the crash.
When detaching the material menu and placing it on a second screen, it’s impossible to apply materials by drag & drop directly onto objects on the primary screen.
The color adjustment tool behaves strangely in HSV. Moving the point in the color space towards red, for example, consistently reverts the color to black. To select a color in the color space, the left cursor must be moved before.

I meet those bugs in both GPU & CPU mode.

This is just a portion of the bugs I’ve observed, and they are accumulating, becoming increasingly problematic. Of course, with each crash, I allow KeyShot to send a report to Luxion. It’s unfortunate as I really like the tool, but I find it increasingly unstable.

A few of those I’ve also reported but I was wondering about those related to Substance Painter.

I also like to use Substance Painter and I can’t recall I had issues so far. Must say I don’t always use the importer because the way KS names the textures caused quite some issues in the cache previously since they all called ‘roughness’ for example. And if it can’t find the original folder it will use just any ‘roughness’ it will find in the cache folder.

But I’d like to try to replicate the issue and file it as bug (if you didn’t already), just curious what’s not correct. Like UV?

Well Oscar, SP importer is not working correctly but in most of case I do the same as you by affecting each texture in the material graph, just notice that importer not working correctly… I will try to drop a file regarding UV TILE map & crash to let you try on your side… Thanks
